Your UPS, Battery and Cooling equipment are protecting your critical infrastructure. To ensure optimum performance and uptime, it is important that this equipment is regularly maintained under UPS service agreements.

Service Agreements

In the event of a problem, you need to be sure that a trained service engineer is on hand 24hrs a day to respond. Our engineers are factory trained and certified to the highest standard so that we can give our clients total peace of mind in knowing that experts are looking after their equipment.

As a Premier Partner and in partnership with Schneider Electric, we have engineers on stand-by 24hrs a day to respond to any emergencies with guaranteed, nationwide onsite response times.

Advantage Service Plans

Uncertified after-market replacement parts put your critical loads at risk. Only original equipment manufacturer supplied replacement parts are used so you know that any repair or replacement parts are to the highest standard and guaranteed.

For 3 Phase UPS and Cooling units we offer three standard base levels of service agreement to help you build up a solution to suit your needs.

 

  • Advantage Plus
  • Advantage Prime
  • Advantage Ultra

All Advantage Service Plans include:

  • Annual Preventive Maintenance visit (Bi-Annual for Cooling units)
  • Next Business Day onsite response.
  • Technical Support.
  • Priority access to spare parts supply chain.

 Additional Upgrade Options include:

  • Upgrade Annual Preventive Maintenance visit to after normal office hours / weekend.
  • Ecostruxure Asset Advisor – Remote Monitoring Service.
  • Upgrade onsite response to 4hrs or 8hrs.
  • Add additional preventive maintenance visits.
  • Battery Maintenance Service.

For 1 Phase UPS 5kVA or larger, we offer a 1 Phase Advantage Service Agreement which covers for all spare parts including internal batteries and can be ordered with or without an annual Preventive Maintenance visit. For more details, contact us today and we can build a service agreement to suit your requirements and specification.

For 1Phase units <5kVA we recommend warranty extensions.

Advantage Ultra


The comprehensive Advantage ULTRA Service Plan provides for

Annual Preventive Maintenance Visit

Preventive Maintenance visits are performed annually for UPS and semi-annually for Cooling products. All parts, labour and travel related to the visit are included.  A PM visit provides for an APC certified service engineer onsite at a predetermined date to:

  • Perform a visual inspection
  • Perform Environmental Inspection
  • Perform mechanical/electrical inspection
  • Verify firmware revisions and update as required
  • Complete full UPS function test
  • Answer any queries and address any customer issues
  • Deliver a comprehensive report and recommendations.
  • Works are undertaken during normal office hours. After hours option available

Onsite Service

A certified service engineer arrives onsite in the event of a failure.
Guaranteed response is next business day with an option to upgrade to 4hr or 8hr response. Activities performed include:

  • Check system status
  • Check system alarms
  • Troubleshoot reported issue and diagnose problem
  • Repair system as required
  • Complete full functional tests after repair
  • Deliver detailed report of actions taken
  • Implement firmware update as required.

Technical Support

Provides for technical support to address system issues in a timely and efficient manner

Priority Access to Supply Chain

Quick access to manufacturer’s spare parts.

Replacement Parts

Replacement parts required due to failure with the exclusion of consumable items such as batteries, capacitors, fans etc.

All Labour & Travel

All labour and travel related to site visits and emergency call outs.

The Advantage PRIME Service Plan provides for:

Annual Preventive Maintenance Visit

Preventive Maintenance visits are performed annually for UPS and semi-annually for Cooling products. Labour and travel related to the visit are included.  A PM visit provides for an APC certified service engineer onsite at a predetermined date to:

1Phase Advantage Plan

The 1Phase Advantage Plan is available for single phase UPS of 5000VA or greater and with or without an Annual Preventative Maintenance Visit.

The 1 Phase Advantage With PM Visit provides for

Replacement batteries due to failure.
Where UPS is not field-serviceable, a replacement UPS will be provided with free shipping and collection of failed unit.
(Install of replacement UPS is customer responsibility)
